I understand, but am disappointed by the logic. It simply doesn't have enough users, even though the users it has are quite passionate about it. I also wonder how many things use it as a backend and will break when they shut it down.
This is much more depressing than the iGoogle shutdown that will happen in November.
I wouldn't know I don't think I've ever used the sharing or comment features. It is simply a great cloud based RSS reader to me. Sycronizing across different devices and webbrowsers is the killer feature for me.
Feedly is at about 75%, so I guess it gets a passing grade of C until I find something better.
