You haven't noticed because I suspect errors like this are becoming the norm rather than the exception. All of the 24-hour Fear Factories are short-staffed and poorly managed.

I googled CNN map failures and found Athens in sub-Saharan Africa, Germany labelled Iraq, London in Norwich, a weird conceptual confusion between Lebanon and Libya, all of the Czech Republic having turned into "Switzerland", Queensland in Tasmania, and an eastern Ukraine that had magically migrated to what looks like Pakistan. It was glorious.
