"Collection of articles reprinted from Electronics magazine" would tend to imply otherwise - and "bound into a book" would also mean that it's not an original copy of the original magazine in mint-condition original format.
Not necessarily. When I was editing our university newspaper, we would grab one of each of the original issues that was printed that year and have them bound.
Arg, that link is incorrect. It worked when I checked it previously, so I must've made a mistake somewhere.
In any case, I just heard this morning that we're pulling the volume containing that issue and storing it elsewhere for safekeeping. Presumably if someone asks for it, we'll offer to copy whatever article they're ostensibly looking for, rather than let them have the original.
